Great experience
The company I am presently employed at, is a well established company. They cater for the farming community and the rural people. One has to be more on the road than at the dealership. Prospecting is a must ( which is good). A typical day at work is a sales meeting at 7:30 am to 8:00 am. Make a few appointments and go out prospecting. 10 calls to new clients and 10 calls to existing clients. I have a very good relationship with everybody that works at the dealership. I enjoy meeting new people, the most challenging aspect of the job is getting a commitment from the client. ( especially with current junk status of our country)
Pros: Great opportunity for sales in the farming community
Cons: one has run with a sale from start to finish.
