growing my experience

I am growing my experience and skills and am hoping to learn much more as this is a very dangerous job, it has peoples lives in my own hands. I am a peoples person and enjoy working with different cultures.

Pros: different activities on one site,eg kerbing,roadworks,laying sewer pipes this does not make me become bored.
Cons: knowing that kids can sometimes be curious and most likely incidents could occur from this

Excellent working relationship

I am looking for the new adventure, and new challenges. I am a fast learner, and always have good working relationship with co-workers. I have learn a lot about construction industry in Masakeni. Not only I have about Safety, I also learn how to do Costing and measure work done on site using measuring wheel. In this Industry, I also learn how to communicate with workers. I have also learn to have a thick skin when it comes to applying Safety on co-workers as they don't care much about Safety, there only thing they know is production forgetting that a good production comes through practicing Safety in everything they do. I really enjoy when staring a new site, as it will have its own challenges which will be different with an old site. And it is always interesting to meeting new characters on new site. I do cope working under stress, and able to meet deadlines.

Pros: I am working hard to be Safety Manager in the near future
Cons: I do enjoy working long hours

THE DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR SITE AGENT

My last position as Senior Site Agent with a contracting company, started first thing on the construction site to meet with the management team that worked with me to complete the contract undertaken by the team.All supervisors would then run through the activities that they each planned for the day according to the approved construction programme for the contract. All associated activites requiring Plant, Materials and labour would be discussed and ordered if required for the present day or the planned day ahead.In most cases the planned activities would be planned on a Friday morning for the next week going forward. Once this meeting was completed all would get out to site and make the planned activities happen.

Pros: The most enjoyable thing about working at Masakeni Construction was the family like atmosphere,that was conducted by all the management group including the owner.
Cons: Working on the weekends to insure completion of the contract in time.

Good learning experience

I am currently unemployed and completed my Certificate in Business Administration Services and have gained a rich, practical knowledge and experience during my one year of studying and was also required to relieve at Reception at times. I have knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). During my time at Masakeni Construction, I gained experience in maintaining the filing system, answering the telephone and keeping record thereof, completing clerical duties, gaining knowledge in measurements and calculations and completing health and safety duties. I am looking for an opportunity to grow professionally where I can fully utilize my knowledge and expertise. I aim to work hard for the mutual growth of myself, my team and subsequently the organisation. Find attached my CV for your reference. I hope my application will meet your favourable considerations. I am a fast learner, and a team player and a good team leader

I have grown a lot from Masakeni from being a store lady now I am a Safety Officer. I enjoy working with different people and learning something new everyday from them and give back to what I have learn to others. I am always eargered to learn something new everyday

Pros: This will be a great oppotunity for me to grow as a person and in the field that Iam cureently in

Im always doing more

A loyal, hardworking, willing and always willing to learn new, more efficient ways to do what is needed or being done, with hope of a challenge or goal! - I enjoy working with people - I always get along with all my co - workers

Pros: I am seeking a position that that will utilize my writing skills with opportunity for growth. ..... that prefer advanced degrees and a good promote from within record
Cons: I work overtime even though i dont get paid for it

Im a persone who enjoys learing new things all the time, I ask minimum help.

I have learned to adapt fast. a typical day for me would be ordering n whole pile of orders required, and i am always helping other resolving problems. i get along very well with my co - workers what i enjoy the most is taking on new things the most challenging thing for me is to keep everyone happy , as i believe in working together as n group to help improve the company , ( not like the co - workers at my company working against each other). I work hard , help every where , over time even if i don't get paid for it.

Pros: the company needs to start believing in God.
Cons: i work from 6:45 to 17:00 everyday and over time when im needed
