Its a great experience to step to management level

I am currently waiting for my Project Management certificate from MANCOSA, that will accompany my excellent leadership strength to fellow workers and produce professional strategic thinking, behaviour and character to successful accomplish my duties.

Excellent experience

I am a hard worker, I like to work with other people and I also have a big skill in communication and a skill of being a team leader. I'm not a aggressive person, I spend most of my time doing work. I have a big heart and I'm hardly to get angry. I like to face any challenges coming on my way. I dnt have any problem with shift.

Average place to work

Learnt a great deal, doing more than what is in your job description. You have to be prepared for this. Team culture. Challenges: that you as an employee is not trusted, micromanagement.

Pros: No red tape can make decisions easy.
Cons: Micromanagement
