Unpleasant working environment with limited/no resources

The most enjoyable part of work is training other than that the workplace culture is not pleasant since there are no policies and procedures implemented. Family business anyone brings their own rules

Excellent learning about training coordinator

i have learn how to communicate with the companies that we are servicing, i am enjoying to be with the learners from the different companies.and i enjoy to be with my co-workers sharing some ideas.

Pros: great opportunities for learning
Cons: normal working hours
