Enjoy by role , Pandemic crisis

A typical day would be pulling reports on properties all over Sub Saharan Africa, LOOKING AT THE PERFORMANCE OF PROPERTIES from the online business segment. After analyzing the data to ensure to prioritise on which would be the property properties that I will be travelling to support and guide increase the online segment

Pros: Good opportunity to make the online segment my own and see it grow
Cons: I am the only person looking after online channels in sub saharan africa

Dedicated and reliable

Being part of hospitality for more than 10 years has been a great pleasure as you deal with different people and co-workers. I enjoy training and seeing how people learn and develop. Having 11 people currently reporting to me I have the challenge of keeping them motivated and need to ensure a good working environment. A typical working day consists of normal duties as well as daily deadlines that has to be met. Opening the Finance Shared Service for Marriottt was challenging yet still rewarding.

Cons: There is very limited growth available

Pride in the quality of my work, willingness to personally perform

• Pride in the quality of my work, and a willingness to personally perform even the most menial tasks to remove project obstacles and get the job done. • I am a hard worker, dedicated to make a success of any job I do, I am a peoples person can get along with all types of people, loyal to the company I will be working for, have self confidence in what I do, can handle stressful situations, also I have excellent communication skills.

Daily work and responsibilities

From the first day I was appointed as the Complex Special Events/ Project / Housing Maintenance Managing / Vacation Club Maintenance Manager and now the Ass Chief Engineer at the Westin Hotel; I have consistently realized my objective of bringing every single Project/Maintenance requirement or Event in on time and under budget. However, I have never believed that meeting those criteria alone was good enough. If you agree that well-managed Projects/ Maintenance and Event should exceed customers' expectations in terms of quality and service, I am looking forward to meeting you.

Pros: Every day new challenges no repetitive work
Cons: Unpredictable working hours
