Excellent opportunities for growth and great culture

I am a dedicated young individual that is looking for a challenge outside the hospitality industry, in a different industry. I am very hardworking and target driven, I come with 3 years experience as an HR Manager and more than 5 years in the generalist role. I manage more than 200 employees, everyday is a challenge as I cluster between 2 branches, i enjoy working for the current employer and i am always required to either work long hours or work from home after hours to achieve my targets and goals.

Pros: Great growth opportunities, very large company that cares about its people
Cons: Long hours and Working from home, finding that balance between work and personal life

Excellent review

Dear sir/madam While completing my degree, I have acquired international experience both in the United States of America and Qatar respectively. I have been commended by my lecturers and employers for my high level of non-conventional interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives.

Pros: Great opportunity to work in different countries and hotel types.
Cons: Currently Im far from family
