Excellent learning environment

Been in involved in sales for over 7 years now ...the idea is to mix sales with something else challah ginger so as to reach my full potential. My background in the educational field means that l have to mix sales and education to full effect and meet the set objectives. I'm equally set for the challenge and will bring along all the dynamism required .

Good learning

We're selling different products, but currently selling insurance and we work as team with my co-workers. I have learnt to work harder and exceed my daily and monthly targets for me to earn more money. I enjoy when i see myself making more sales, and the most challenges that we aspects is when we ran out of leads to work.

One learns to be time efficient

No non growth in the business. Also no value for its employees. Money is more important than the employees we.but overall it's an ok company ll being. But there is also no job security

There is no growth, the value for its employees is limited. They have no benefits for their employees. Only commission based. There is also no job security.
