Marima Optometrist Reviews

Excellent learning curve

When I started working at Marima Optometrist I was a receptionist due to expansion of the company was later promoted as a practice manager for all our branches. My relationship with my co workers is good and I don't treat my employees as workers but as fellow brothers and sisters but in a professional way and we get along very well unless there is a problem that need my serious attention, that's when things will get sour calmly. I have learn a lot cause at first I didn't know anything about optometry business but now even the one with experience come to me for advice. I enjoy doing my daily work especially seeing every patient walkout of our door happy and satisfied. The most challenging aspect of my job is when seeing a patient and don't know how to help cause people tend to leave a little problem to become big and unmanageable, other than that I love what I am doing.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long hours to work sometimes
