Great learning curve

I am young hard working lady with the ability to work under pressure, team player can also work well on my own .Loyal and dedicated in my work and have passion for everything that i do. An initiative person whose willing to learn in a working environment peace maker career driven want everything that I do to be a success, and love interacting with people, If your company is looking for a results orientated person. My strong work ethic is evident from the commendations I have received from my previous employers. Possessing a genuine interest in other people?s problems and a willingness to help them asked I feel I will fit in easily into any exciting work place environment . I have set myself high career goals and through continued professional development, and a positive work life balance . I am steadily achieving all of them.

Good start

Astrapak has been great I joined the company 2014 and I must say I believe I have grown working with different people age and race has been a challenge but a good one my job help me to learn how to manage different people with different personality and at the same time improve my communication skills. The most challenging part of my job is having to make people that have been doing the same job for 10 years with no paper work to do their jobs with paper work and having to explain what the problem was on paper so i can An load on dms... It took time for some guys to like me cause they just thought I think I know better but some how we managed to understand each other that this days I don't follow them around they come to my office to open job cards. I love working with people

Poor organizational culture

there the organizarional culture is poor..the workfocre is very hardworking but more than ooften are underpaid and exloitedd.senior management is very rigid and are not open to new ideas that can grpotentially gow the company. the great thing about the organization is flexible working hours.

Great learning curve

Begin day with daily M.D.T meeting discussing previous day performance. Conduct a weekly process audit and solve problems that arise. Troubleshoot problems causing high scrap rate. Track continuous improvement projects. Conduct task force meetings. Create improved Standard work procedures and train employees on new process steps. Help with employee skills development programs. i.e ABET and give younger employees guidance with career growth opportunities within organisation. Attend OHAS meetings. Conduct supplier product trials, to ensure we build quality into our products and processes.

It was an interesting job though

the work was not easy but perseverance needed my relationship was very good with my co workers because am very funny person who like joke i learnt that in life you have to be patient in order for my self to get great things i enjoy to learn things from other people (explore) was to work long hours without sitting down
