My eprience at mavareti
working at mavareti was a great learning curve that has opened my eyes in callcenter. since I was a callection agent I was colleting cd and 2, updating customers information and also reminding them about their instalments. I ejoyed being part of their team that has given me clear understanding about working with other people and understand that work must be always done properly and I was working long hours and had no problem with that because I enjoyed my work
Pros: I am keen for any thing that comes my way that will enhance my knowledge
Cons: We were working long hours and overtime
