Excellent learning curve. work under pressure and work independently.

a typical working day is busy. i work well as a team member. i have learmt to respect everyone that i work with. i enjoy assisting vulnerable members in community. when goals are not achieved i find that challenging

Pros: i was given the opportunity to go further my studies as social work. therefore there is a room for growth that i have achieved. i was given the opportunity to workduring school holidays to write reports
Cons: no funds for employing social worker as the social workservices are required for the work to run smooth.
