I do believe I could be a suitable candidate for this position

I have been with the current company for over 13 years & have really assisted in developing the company, especially with the export of Spare parts. I have also developed as an individual, as I have come from a forklift industry - into a rough terrain forklift business of which the customer base is mostly the mining sector. I have been able to learn about flameproof machines & special lifting attachments, special tyres & forks.well. I am easily approachable as a manager & am able to resolve customer queries & complaints with ease. I work well under pressure & able to meet deadlines. I am familiar with local sourcing, even though we do not do too much of local sourcing of spare parts. I am a team leader & manage a great team here which includes training & teaching people in order to develop them & "empower' them.

Pros: I am quite knowledgeable in the product range, thereby quite confident of my job. The perks are qquite good.
Cons: It is almost "repetitive" work with not much room to grow.

I do not recommend some new to work for manitou sa bad management and backstabbing hr

I have over 7 years sales experience in new sales and aftermarket sales in the Mining sector and Agri , Service kit/ forks and general parts for different models of Mining and Agri equipment. I'm the parts dealer 1st line for problem solving and maintenance schedulesI have my ISO 9001:2015 Certificate and anticorruption certificate 44158 . ..sale on parts ,where and there items and walk in customers service counter. work with customers and courier services for collections of part and booking deliveries to customers . I work hand in hand with workshop on parts and backorder dates and updating customers and workshop of new ETA dates of parts arrival dates. I'm a team leader and work closely with people in the office and out of office.

Pros: open for employment with matric or not as you got the ability to grow
Cons: bad management and hr that took over 2 years back and force people out that stood up for working rights

No development of career

No training of new products, no studying allowance, no overtime, no night shift allowances, bad communication with employees, always swearing to employees

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Long working hours without overtime

Excellent growth opportunity

Excellent company to work for, the company staff are friendly and hardworking. Management is supportive and always assist their employees to grow and expand their knowledge. The company offers excellent benefits.
