They do offer a lot of training in various departments and there are many opportunities for young professionals to better their skills. The atmosphere is very happy, staff is always kind and willing to help, the is alway work so no one is idle at any point, also pride ourselves in producing good quality products.

Good company to work for

I have learned a lot,especially working with different types of people and meeting different types of guest. I have grown especially in this hospitality industry. It has taught me to take criticism well and able to solve any conflict within 2 parties

I was able to learn hot kitchen and cold kitchen

The working environment is very nice we got along with my coworkers. I have learned many things such working under pressure, being able to work at party without any qualifications. I just enjoy cooking as whole and serving the guest was one of my favorite moments. The challenge to the job was working so many hours which some i felt they were nt paid

Great experience

At first it was challenging because i have not worked in housekeeping before but after a month i blend in and my fellow workers where sp supportive and so helpful i end loving every moment there.....i have learned to be progressive in my job and also be reliable,buy sometime the work time tables where so hard from working night shifts and the next day morning shifts ....but overrol it was a great experience..

Growing platform

I have been working in the very busy hotels/restaurants whereby i have to prepare ala carte breakfast,lunches and dinner. We worked as a team to give the guest an excellent service and make sure that they are satisfied and happy. I have learnt that when you work as a team you make work easy,better and quick.I enjoyed new dishes the most and being given a chance to prepare it myself. The most challenging aspect is to work under pressure, stay focused,timing orders,platting,and garnishing the food.

Pros: We were given free lunches
Cons: Working split shift and overtimes
