Excellent

motivation, coaching, training work well with others. Excel, perv-it table and to give and follow instruction. achieving goals set out. Dealing with agents that don't want to follow instructing and following training or coach provided.

Good learning curve.

Vibrant relationship with co-workers. Learnt to always appriciate your job. I really do enjoy the fact that its not entirely hard work but good money at the end. Focus is determined & I am well at that.

Good place to work

My job has become very monotonous same thing every day its not challenging anymore as our manager does almost everything. my relationship with my co-workers are good we get along always a laugh and a joke to tell we are very comfortable with each other. ive learnt alot and gained alot of experience in what im currently doing what i enjoy most is the company of my co-workers . the most challenging aspect of my job is the fact that we are restricted when it comes to our job we are all capable of so much more but we only do what our job title says and that is assess thats it our manager runs a one man show and does everything else we just assess calls and give feedback at times .

Better prospects

Good peoples environment. Workflow easy. Management style good. I've learned a great deal from my working experience here. The using your own initiative level is surely enhanced in that you work freely and entirely on your own. Working environment good and people easy going but very professional.

Growth and Development

Lots of room for development and growth. When it comes to stress at work one can always look at different aspects to solving it. This all depends on the situation of the matter. I build a strong relationship with my fellow co-workers hence work should just be another happy place. Ive learnt that growth and Development is key in all working environment. One should always just remind our employees of the hard work and dedication they put in there hard work on a daily basis. I enjoy my work environment as i love my job.

i love meeting new people, love a nature .i am shy at first until i know my surroundings and become flexible i learned that you need to depend on yourself cause no one will do it the way you want it to be done to always be honest and real to others and to always do your best surround yourself with positive people Yours faithfully  Stacy

I am an experience sales manager. I have management up to 21 agents on my team. I would like to expand my knowledge and would be a major assist to your company with the goals of the company close to heart. I am a motivated,self driven individual that is target driven. I work well with my collegues. I am always will to work towards ensuring that the jopb gets done. I enjoy working with people that have the same goal in mind. The most challenging is to work with people who put they person interest in from of the companys goals.
