Excellent learning experience

Being a Receptionist, my day start off quiet busy as i am the first point of contact in the Company. I would like to refer to myself as the face of the company. I have a fantastic relationship with my colleagues. Am glad that i was given this opportunity to be at Reception because my personality fitted the post. I have learnt at lot in this company and about myself too in the process. I enjoy working with my colleagues, their different personalities and attributes assist me personally to see life from a different angle.But one does need growth and stability and a concrete self-establishment in the corporate world. The most challenging aspects of the job is that i do not get to be able to socialize with my colleagues most of the time because of a busy environment we have here. Reception post is the busiest, but all in all i am enjoying it and i get to learn and experience new this everyday.

Pros: Slightly possibilities of growth
Cons: Staff recognition and salaries could be made better in order for the company to be able to retain its valuable employees

Gained call centre experience, well groomed, fluent English & Afrikaans, calming voice

Since joining Mango 5 Call Centre 2 years ago I always put the client first even if it means I have to work during my lunch. I have learned patients as all clients situations are different. What I enjoy most is making the client happy, good working relationship with my colleagues. I do not have any challenging aspects of the job. I enjoy working at Mango 5 but would like the opportunity to gain more experience at other companies.

Pros: I would like the opportunity to gain more experience in the Call Centre Environment and this will privide me the platform.
Cons: Even though working hours is long I dont mind working them at all.
