I am the Entrepreneurial Skills Manager of this medium organisation and my business is to develop Entrepreneurs and people. My objective is to ensure that my unit deliver the right skills to the people timeously. Furthermore must we ensure that the mandate from National and Provincial Government in terms of skills and development is cascaded down to the grassroots level within communities. Attitude toward work and people, is everything and the eagerness to embrace the principle of continuos learning is of the essence. I have learnt that it is important to ensure that you manage all the relationships in your workplace and in your life so as to ensure success holistically. I have further learnt that one must ensure that it is always a win, win relationship for all involved. I enjoy seeing my smart and hard work pay off, whether at work or at home. The most challenging of my work is to remain on top of all the issues and the ever changing needs of the Leaders.

i enjoy every moment spent in my job i developed a family bond with my co-workers. i learnt to respect each individual whether my supervisor or subordinate. i enjoy being able to complete each task given to me on a daily basis. i sometimes have to deal with difficult customers and the challenge is when we don't agree, i have to be strategic just to make a compromise without hurting the person.
