Learning curve

A typical working day involves doing a morning walkabout inside the plant and write any non conformance for that morning and distribute it to the relevant departments, go to the office and finish up whatever project that is outstanding for the previous day. The relationship I have with my team and other co-workers is respectful and friendly but with everyone knowing their place and doing their job. Challenges i've faced are changing the Mentality of people that production and quality are two different things.

I was Excellent in my work

It was nice working there I was working 9hours a day And my relationship with my co-workers was good we enjoyed working together we were good in team working.and we mostly reached tagged we were even recommend as good staff performers I've learned that you don't have to be selfish or think you know everything and that you should respect people in order to get the respect I enjoyed working during the day and when it busy. The most challenging aspect was wen we were asked to work Double shift night and day

Good start for learning

- Challenging days throughout - Excellent relationship with co-workers - I've learnt a lot being in a different industry, learnt how to operate machines, to learning how to lead a team of workers - I've enjoyed tackling problems and solving them

Excellent learning curve

Have learnt a lot about managing people from different cultural backgrounds and understanding what is need to start a factory from scratch .I have a good relationship with my co workers.I enjoy conducting audits.Biggest challenge is to work with senoir management that does not understand my role and the role of my department

Hard worker

Am a strong hard working person who can work under pressure who can able to manage and lead solve problems of people more than 80,am an understanding person who believes in unity, I learn how to relate in people different cultures and their problems it make it easy to solve problems make people understand what is important for their role.i enjoy reaching target fulfilling the important role of work done, most important is time and respect customer,process ,quantity and quality.dealing with people is the biggest challenge general work mostly they don’t wana uplift themselves.
