Excellent learning curve and work experience

It was great exposure in the workplace of an university. A typical work day depending on the lectures held, is a busy one, but at the same time good for the mind because there is always some task to be done. Great opportunity to meet interesting and new people. A busy switchboard created more experience for myself to be more comfortable when talking to students and other companies. My former co-workers were like family to me and we all had a really close relationship. I have learnt to work well under pressure and hand in my tasks at hand on time. I've also learnt that my co-workers are people too and need there own space at times. What i enjoyed most about working at the company is the office parties that i looked forward to, co-workers are rewarded by the work that they do. I also enjoyed the leadership skills that I've obtained. The most challenging aspects of the job was mostly dealing with conflict within the workplace with co-workers about spreading rumors to get ahead in the company.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Over time on weekends.
