Enjoying my job

I loved every thing about working there I had great days the people are great and u had to be quick with the phones Old- fashioned management, employees are not important from the point of salary (except sales and managers), benefit, talent development. With the right management at that time it could be a goldmine Unfortunately the HR was useless and stationed in JHB and was only feeded info from management. You were told if you are unhappy to take your bag and leave.

GOOD ENVIROMENT

GOOD WORKING ENVIROMENT, GOOD STAFF, ADVANCED TECHOLOGY AND SYSTEMS, WELL RECOGNISED COMPANY TO WORK FOR, OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK INTERNATIONALLY, HAVE GROWN TREMENDOUSLY BOTH PERSONALLY AND WITHIN THE INDUSTRY.

Currently looking for a permanent post in pretoria

Good day I ve been in the finance field for the since 2004 ,currently employed by truck dealership in the east of pretoria. looking for something to grow with ,I adapt easily to change.

Pros: Looking for a challenging and soothing to grow with.
Cons: Survive well under pressure.

Perfect place to learn and grow as a young individual, it gives you space to even self discover.

Working at MAN truck and bus has been a wonderful experience. It is a company where you feel at home, it was my second home. I was the youngest in the entire branch so I was called the last born, I had Aunties, sisters, brothers even grand mothers. It a company where everybody works together to reach the common target goals. It is a home.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long over time hours

I am Strong personality

I am trustworthy person and good behavior fast learner.I considered my work first than orders. I got teamworks with colleague's.I have good knowledge of gauteng and surrounded area's a well driver on the road who obey the a traffic Fine's. A c1 driver with PDP and passport accident free. Available immediately.

Good career growth

It's been a 3year plus journey of a good experience and learning with challenges of the company restructuring and cutting down on a number of staff but I'm still part of the remnant. Worload is too much without putting more hours one is unlikely to meet deadlines. I enjoy working independently as i am working at a different branch as of my superior, I report directly to head office but I work very nicely with the people at the branch I'm at. Another challenge is the working distance, I drive 100 kilometers a day which is an hour drive to work and a lot of time is wasted on the road which also has an impact on the wear and tear of my car and I don't have car allowance nor fuel benefits.

Pros: Good experience
Cons: Work overlod which results in long working hours
