MAN Bus and Coach Reviews

Good training

I arrived at MAN knowing little about corporate HR, and received great mentorship to a point where I was able to handle almost everything on my own without supervision

Pros: great benefits
Cons: limited to unionist environment

Adjusting to high pressure conditions.

Attending 3 meetingA in 1 dayAttending minimum of 3 meetings a day.I worked with in a team of 26 employees where we were only 3 females employees. I caanot use my gender as an excuse of not being able to perform my job. Most of the team members they have too manyyears of experience, I had to work very closely with them to grasp and leaarn as much as I could. I enjoyed working under pressure because I did not know I could achieve such targets under the restricted time. Most challenging aspect of the job is, I always have to go extra mile.

Pros: Being able to interact with supplier. Doing planning for production line and stock inventories. Achieving stock targets
Cons: Long working hours. No overtime. Take blame for supplier should they fail to deliver
