A great platform with opportunities for one to obtain and enhance their skills

This company operates on a weekly basis of Mon-Friday nice working hours 8-5 I have a very good relationship with my co-workers everyone just finds it easier to blend with me,i love people and building a strong team that whenever pressure arises nothing will prevent us from achieving our daily goals. I have been put in around many sections in the company i am now able to multitask and count accurately. I enjoy meeting new clients everyday and assisting them with unloading of shipments I would say absenteeisim really affects my job especially on our busiest seasons

My CV speaks for its self. My success rate is clearly indicative of my management style. I'm a hands on operator who has a participative management style with strong emphasis on staff development. Development of SOP's and adherence to company policy and procedures, are my tools of the trade. Retail is my passion and achieving results is inspiration. I treat every business as if its my own.
