Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

New experience
Not very corporate, very unorganized, work collegues friendly, some not so helpful, senior and management very old school type of people Systems very old, no staff happy ness, noting in the organization is paperless and quite difficult to get work done

Excellent learning curve
I am a very humble person.living and caring time for duty is my first priority Iv learned soo much about different work invironment work teams and working on your spot alone, my previous work experience was very pleasant I did learn how to work with people, how to communicate in tough times and good times,to give best service to customers always been organised in all area of your work,being punctual at all conditions if weather...!

Excellent learning curve
i hereby,applying for the vacancy which appeared in the internet. I'm currently employed at Makro silver lakes as a stock controller physical inventory. i have Matric certificate and driver's license code10 i'm a quick leaner,a hard worker and good administrator skill and driving ability,the fast pace of work is something i enjoy and obviously never knowing exactly what i will be asked to do on any given day.I'm confident that given a chance the experience,knowledge and skill i have gathered over the years will be of benefit to the company. Big company, World wide, learned a lot.
Checking on the day to day delivery of stock for 3 divisions plan staff make sure all stock received is in good order follow up on supplier returns make sure all stock is received by the end of the day arrange for deliveries

Excelling in Customer service
I am dedicated and a hard worker the most part that I like about my job is customer service. But as well I would like to develop and learn new skills in a new company , The challenging party about is to deal with a difficulty customer .

Good commnucation skills
Working at a big retail store such as Makro helps a person to be able to work under pressure, gain lot of experience because of the different divisional department that a person can work at. It is a nice environment to work at.

Learned how to deal with custmer and how to face challenges at work.
I am a dedicated hard worker who wish to reach the goals of your company, and willing to uplift the standard of company. I am enjoying to give help and what challenges most of the time is when customers don't understand our procedures and its also challenging when I suppose to reach the target of the day.
