Experience

I worked on a contract basis from march to august this year . it was challenging for me who had come from a gold mining industry for +- 30 years in procurement and logistics . Most of the artisans were not directly employed by Majesty but worked through contractors

Pros: i enjoyed every aspect of my job working 24/7
Cons: not given the opportunity to make positive changes and implementing them

High pressure work environment

misHigh pressure work environment, you are only a number in the company and you work for 2 years before you are eligible for an increase or bonus. I CANT SEE ANYTHINGE THAT I AM WRITING BECAUSE THIS IS NOT MOBLIE FRIENDLY

Pros: You get paid
Cons: No growth opportunities or promotion
