I learned a lot in the industry of tombstone and able to work with customers

I started working in maje masego as a general worker who puts tombstones and I learned a lot on how to put them and able to design them. I saw it was not giving me enough money and I decided to help the admin who was struggling with communication with customers and was computer illiterate I had to take over as admin and receptionist because it was just a small company. I worked 8hours everyday to sort out files and bookings of tombstones for customers. I have a strong relationship with my co-workers especially my boss. My challenging aspect was nothing i had everything under control according to my review. I enjoyed talking to customers over the phone and getting them what the want.
