Great customer interaction

Was good opportunity to learn something very different. Meeting different people learning people needs and ideas. The products were interesting to learn about. Never realise the type of plastic that is used.

Good learning experience

Lack of mentor ship for personal growth of employees. Junior employees must feel part of the team. Experienced individuals must share their knowledge to new comers in the industry thus the most and newest product for an application

Too Much Politics, They do not look after their staff at all, it is also great when you are a favorite of the managers other than that there is no opportunities for you to grow in your department unless you are willing to move to sales...
