Challanging working inviroment

Day to day challenge to keep stock accurate end to be open minded come up new ideas. Working with different people who has different vision keep more motivated full of ideas end been given chance to come up with my own ideas about improving my working environment end to have or to build good team work.

Pros: great opportunities of development when working hard
Cons: normal working hours

Overall its good company to work for.

Daily Checks and Start-up. Team brief meetings. Preventative maintenance. Relationship with co-workers includes being supportive and good communication. I have leant that good preventative maintenance means less breakdowns. I enjoy being supportive to team members in difficult tasks. The most difficult part is working under pressure in a short space of time.

Cons: Job Redundency, Working on the same machines
