Character development

I have left the municipality on the 30th October 2018. I have learned the ability to deal with difficult customers and the need to comply with laws and regulations. I have enjoyed is working with the official's that have confidence and trust in me, that makes me more productive and creative. The most challenging aspects is when I was to convince senior officials the need to prepare a funded budget annually and implement cost containment measures.

Pros: Continuous professional development
Cons: Faced with intimidation on daily basis

My daily bread

i hectic day with me woul be when there's too many meetings.i have a good working relationship with my colleagues as i alway put a smile onmy face even on my worst day.ive learned bo be positev and take everyday as it comes.i enjoy my work mostly when i am able to change a person's life or when i give advice that can bring positve change to our community.the most challengign day is when my boss i angy and i dont know how to approach him.

Pros: i like being able to work with people
Cons: i dislike people who compromise other or who takE other peoples work for granted
