Great at what I do

Magolego Attorneys is a good company for beginners of debt collection. They allow more people to join the team without any experience but language skills. It has a good environment with good seniors, it is mostly a family business which is why promotions are not there. They pay poorly compared to other companies hence people leave without being fired. I like the place but I feel I deserve better income and the ability to archive higher ranks.

Pros: Great learning from company lawyers
Cons: Too much limitations of promotions

Excellent legal field to learn about law and its daily proceedings

Relationship with my co-workers is best, everyone knows what are they here for and that we help each other if one is struggling with anything.i have learned a lot in this past few months especially the daily court proceedings and to approach certain cases matters.

Pros: good environment to learn
Cons: salary too low, no grows for new opportunities
