To belive in yourself

To work for my present company its gave me a lot of experience of how to be a Site Manager in a big industry, which accommodate a large number of employers. I think communication is the big issue between myself as a manager and my employees.I have learn that each and every company has to follow their rules and regulations. I enjoy the job that is challenging more cause from there you have to learn more things. To be trusted,honesty, respect, communication and to believe in yourself. Be yourself don't be something that you are not.

Self growth

I work in 3 departments data capturing, human resources and payroll. All these departments work as one team. we assist each other on day to day work. Mainly I deal with queries like salaries and leaves. I enjoy my work because knowing that I can be a problem solver and I can think on my feet means alot in this environment. I have learn to be patient, acknowledge that everyone is different, work well in a team and work under pressure. I am eager to learn more in this environment and grow with the company. The most challenging part of my job is working on weekends and not getting paid for it.

Pros: Being promoted from a Receptionist to a Senior Data Capture/ HR/Payroll Clerk
Cons: no benefits
