My typical work day is more on processing and interacting with employees sorting out pay queries and sorting out problems relating to payments. I am good with my co-workers I connect fast with people and easily. The most thing I have from my current position is to listen to a person no matter how angry they are just keep calm as much as you can in order to give good results. I enjoy working with different people all the time and it is easy for them to talk to me. The most challenging part in my job is because I deal with people's salaries therefore I need to make sure i process everything accurately as they come 1st.

Pros: Growing in the payroll and HR
Cons: You need to be accurate most of the time

For the past 11 years i have been in the HRD space.

I have been working for Anglo Thermal Coal operations for the past 21 years. For the past 11 years i have been in the HRD space. I believe that my strong technical experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position.

Pros: The company offers variety of exposure to the entire Human resoucres. From ER, community delopment with the compilation of SLP report. Engageing with various stakeholders like DMR, MQA, DOL and local manicipalities.
Cons: Anglo is disinvesting of Coal, with few of the operatios already sold to Seriti Holding. I am looking for better opportunities on other comodities.
