Excelent learning curve

Supervising: to make that security officers get trained on how to work on that particular site. Relationship: my creator talent on how to treat people I am soft but I believe that to give instruction it doesn't to use force or hush word. Learning: Communication skill, leadership skill. Enjoy: seeing people learn something from me and help to other people. Challenges: fellow employees trying to put me into mischief and corruption.

Cons: long working hours eg: 12hours sometimes exceed

Good job but too strict.

Normal bu quite work days, good relationship with co-workers, learnt time management, confidentiality and to be friendly and respectful with people, enjoy the quietness and the the relationships with the co-workers, most challenging part is the rules and the late salary payments.
