I am RGM and I work hard to ensure that our brand is not tarnished for any reason.

I work at the hospitality industry and have passion of working with people, I have skill and knowledge of industrial Relations. I understand all the process of selection and interviewing and training new staff. I run restaurent with high productivity and low team turn over. I know how to monitor stock. I drive cleanliness and hygiene in the store by communicating and doing follow-up on the areas of opportunity. I always do the best on training so that discipline can be done accordingly. I show my team the goals to which we strive for and update them during the process of achivements.

Pros: I am a Leader and will love to become area Manager futuretively.
Cons: I work long hour and have passion on my job.

Training experince, leading a shift and Leading a Restaurent.

I lead 45 members including managers, have good communication skills, have knowledge of making people to work together, I show my team the goal to which we need to strive for and help with ideas to archieve them. I train my team and develop them. I operate with high productivity and less team turnover. I motivate my team and conduct one on one training when I experience poor performance from individuals. I comply with company rules and ensure all team members comply as well. I ensure that customer complains are solved immediately. I am a team player and think out of the box. I am positive and have energy to go extra miles to meet customers expectations.

Pros: I am looking forward to work with customer service on high grounds
Cons: I work long hours including holidays and weekends
