Excellent learning and experience gained
On my point of view , the company that I am working is a secure company due to job security and all benefits are included . When coming to work field Davision , there is not enough challenge to my expertise , that's why I need a work environment that will challenge myself so then I put a lot of efforts to achieve everything I need to achieve Due to relationship with my co-workers , we have a good relationship due to team work and if something we don't understand then we help each other interns of presentation and also consulting with workshops to change and implements new management and designs I have learned a lot of building expectise and challenges on projects such as residential and commercial building projects of how to manage and implement bylaws and national building regulation code of how the structure should be complies to be on a permanent safety environment due to public use .
Pros: not great for opputunity for me base on engineering but atleast for building construction and management
Cons: no overtimes and is only 9 hours working

Manage to learn working environment and be able to behave in accordance.
I have learn how to behave around fellow colleagues, how to handle queries both from external and internal stakeholders. Handling queries from external stakeholders like medical aid schemes,pension fund Companies was most interesting because it's something unusual unlike daily routine. I haven't exactly experience much of pressure as I was always ahead with my job. Meeting deadlines.
Pros: communication with fellow employees.smpoth running of the office.
Cons: I enjoy sticking to my desk

Enjoyed the introduction on various financial systems.
I enjoyed working with diversity of people,including facing political representatives.working under the political pressure and fellow officials. Working with external stakeholders is quiete interesting because they have some certain level of competence they expect one to meet.
Pros: Haven't experienced one yet.
Cons: Spending long hours in office is very interesting because I will be sitting working and learning few things.

Eye opener
Great learning for beginners and students. However Politically tainted. Management unsure of their powers. Supply chain processes flawed. Environment lacks courtesy and professionalism.

Risk analytical skills
I work for municipality obviously i have the environment is very political, especially when you deal with a hostile client who does not understand the purpose of the internal audit.The good thing about internal audit is, we are guided by the Institute of Internal Auditors the reporting lines are very clear in the standards. i Have learnt that the auditors are not protected.

i am good at environmental laws. i have 13 years experience. like traveling and field works. i run the day to day environmental issues related to the institution. i have learned a great deal of working with diferent people

Good experience aquired
I owned my office. Taught me to know my work, Focus on my daily activities. However without forgetting to ask if not sure of what am doing. When we have meeting is important to stay on time. Show your boss an interest on what you are doing or work given. Treating clients with courtesy it is important without forget the main duty is to deliver service as a municipal official.

Cons: Serve both clients and paperwork at the same time
