Excellent learning curve

Handling bookings for Namibia and Botswana Planning tours for clients Doing follow up with suppliers, Got to learn a lot from colleagues, I learnt how to handle difficult clients,meeting deadlines,how to communicate with suppliers,how to plan itineraries,extending necessary due dates. What I enjoyed most was planning tours especially for clients who were travelling in less than 10 days, in that way it made me improve my planning skill and paying attention to my work as as meeting deadlines.

Pros: Great opportunity for improving your skills
Cons: Long working hours especially on Saturday

Learning

Was a good working experience. Enjoyed working with my colleagues as well as the suppliers and customers. I was able to move to various positions within the company and learned how to do them all. Did also travel a bit while I was working on the sales floor.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: No Bonusses
