Good good leadership skills proper delegation provide statistics good relationship with clients Ibad attitude of clients I am a good team leader work as a team and independent I have leaned to redressed if there is quarrel

Excellent learning curve

Madadani hospital is a government owned entity that offer service to the community and its doesn't generate any profits its offer the service to community so they don't afford to pay interns so i serve the hospital for free

Pros: No promotion just to get an exposure in working environment
Cons: long hours 7.00 to 16.00

Team work

The most important thing that I have learned was to work with other people under so many different circumstances and get to grow mentally and gain more knowledge

Pros: To work work hard and gain your promotion according to what you deserve nd serve great work
Cons: Might be tiring but have to keep focused and balance your lifestyle
