Macsteel is a well known company with promise of advancement. There is work ethic amongst employees and we consider ourselves family, as we spend most of our time at work. We work as one unit, with one common goal. We believe in teamwork, as together we achieve more. At Macsteel we value our customers, as they the reason for any company's existence

Pros: The company is stable and offers JobSecurity
Cons: Management not always close to ground staff

Pleasant work rate

I appreciate going on breakdowns,since it's the most rewarding and challenging part of my job. Other wise it's a typical workshop environment. I can't say much about other departments, since I don't work there (at the other departments)

Pros: Multiple vehicle types
Cons: The higher up's are slow when authorising work orders
