Excellent learning opportunity

Fairly big firm. Work with client's in various industries and work with different professionals. Good opportunity to learn from seniors at the firm and obtain important experience. Must put in alot of hours to get the required results. Salary and benefits package does not justify the hours required.

Challenging

I have experience in debt collection and quality assurance. With the knowledge and skills I have gathered throughout this time, I have the confidence in my ability to perform to the fullest and have a positive contribution towards the company growth and embrace challenges. Strengthened my collection skills

I enjoy providing a good service that satisfies clients. it is not easy explaining the expectations of a client but it empowers me more when i end a call and I know I have educated an individual to the point of them having a total different mindset about repaying their accounts.

Diligent hard worker

Its a very wonderful company one can work for, friendly management, there is always training provided in terms of improving the skills, I enjoy the environment and the friendly co workers, its tiring as any other job will do.

Fast, correct typing and can perform under pressure.

A typical work day at the office is attending to dictaphone work, copying and preparation of bundles for Counsel etc. My relationship with co-workers is of such a nature that I am the water on the flames. I have learnt to be hard but compassionate at the same time. I enjoy it most when my desk is clear and there is no files on my table. :)
