- 8:00 - 17:00 - great relationship with co-workers - Quantity Surveying Stage 1 to Stage 6 - Running own projects - Pricing projects asap - All Quantity Surveying functions are done in a short given time due to deadlines that are too close to time - Some times full drawing packs delay, so we start measuring and pricing a little bit late - We need to make sure that all drawings are measured and give the correct price especially when doing Lump Sum projects whereby we cannot go back and reMeasure

Team Work

Every day we need to share lessons learnt per project so that we can learn and plan and execute the next project smoothly. Typical day to day includes measuring of works, issuing contracts / appointment letters, monthly valuation, final accounts etc.

Pros: Due for promotion
Cons: Flexible hours

Excellent Learning Curve

Mace is a Construction/ Project Management company which was my first to work in such an industry, is mostly meant to be a male dominated industry but here i see a lot of women and with great roles as Seniors. the company is a great one to work for , has its downfalls but are nothing that can not b fixed. i am enjoying my role as an Office Administrator as i a not limited to that only, currently i am being trained to be a Project Management Assistant.

Pros: Great Environment to work in.
Cons: Management Structure needs to be aligned

Career growth

Working for my current company for more than 2 years, I feel as though I am in my comfort zone. I have a good working relationship with all the employees in the office. I want to broaden my knowledge and skills within the HR filed, learn as much as possible and firmly establish myself in a dynamic work environment.
