Its good to be around different people and cultures because u learn from differences.
I've been with Macdonalds more than 3 years it's a big company and fast paced restaurants that every South African loves. I've learnt how to work as a team to work with different cultures. To make sure that the guest is in a safety and a clean environment all the time. I'm a guest experience manager who always deals with customers, I make sure we have 0% customer complaints and I generate more sales for the company.

Good enviroment
i've learn as much as good about customers and service.being passion good communication skills was our habbit as well as listening skill,working together as employees as good as much.working under pressure becouse we working with customers so that we can avoid customer complains.Being early to work always and knock off late was the obstacles we face.

Quality working experience and taring
It is a good place to work for and gather some skill and experience new challenges, we learn to work as a team communication skill gather countless skies and can also give you enough time to do any other activities of your own outside the work place like family course study if it needs be and interested and anough tome to have your own funny time with friends and family. Its good working for MacDonald

Good
Working at MacDonald was exciting, working with friendly managers and other employees. It was challenging during weekends and month end. Would have a long ques during lunch time, but we would manage just fine.
