I am a hard working person

I enjoyed working at this company, it was full of fun. We were working as a team and meeting new challenges everyday. What I've learnt is how to speak to a person with a well mannered way through the phone whiling listening to their complains. Most things that I've enjoyed is working with the other agents and giving customers advise on what to do to solve the problem. The most challenging part of the job was when i was asked to speak to the owners of the outlets that was complain about their customers that was giving problems.

Pros: Good oppurtunity
Cons: Normal working hours. 8 - 5
