Great teamwork and customer service improvement.

Working at MAC is more a great place to work or start over for if or when you hope to work in bigger corporate businesses or own business. Being retail, it's a fast pace counter and always keeps you on your feet. Some certain conditions are not always comfortable. But as for personal improvement in working with other people, learning how to sell a product and also admin empowerment it is great. All managers see artist as assets and they do their almost best to improve them and be better than who they currently are. Whether in the same company or elsewhere. They always keep employees informed and well trained.

Pros: Good in teamwork and customer servicing
Cons: Too many working days between days off.

I enjoyed working at Mac Cosmetics , I loved the culture and the environment, manager , working hours , working arrangement are flexible and the is a lot of growth ,and the benefits are verything

Gained experience as a makeup artist and in sales.

Great environment to work in, got along with colleagues and customers. Gained a lot of experience as an artist. Store is usually quite busy but when it’s not I stay occupied with my personal sales tracker, admin, organising my section, neatening of store and learning from fellow artists. I enjoy interacting with people daily, getting to meet new people and make them feel better through makeup.

Cons: Long working hours
