Get the opportunity to bring in sales

On a daily basis I follow up on client queries, take calls from clients and also liaise with them via mail. I oversee that the OA and Data Captures do what is required of them and to make sure we reach our monthly target. I also pull reports on a weekly and monthly basis to see where we are and report back to my manager. I have a respectful relationship with my colleagues and we work together as a team and assist each other when help is needed. I have learnt to be patient and calm when dealing with difficult clients and my excel skills have advanced ever since i started working at my current job. What I enjoy most is having the satisfaction of helping clients and knowing that they are also happy with my service, The most challenging part of my job is having to struggle to get stock from our suppliers, this causes problems and can make clients feel uneasy.

Deadline driven

I am a very fast and confident learner. I fit in well with collegues and try to learn as much as I can. Strong ability in meeting deadlines. I am very passoinate abiut my work and I like feedback on the work that I do.

Exellent

I work nor mal hour from 8am to 16:30, I travel a lot within south Africa and outside south Africa. I play a position of a team learder in my team. I like working the team and working on my own. I enjoy travelling and talking to different people on a day to basis leaving them happy and excited at all times.
