Worst experience
-shift supervisor by tag but have to do all managerial duties on shift alone. -Co-workers we got along just fine, we understood each other. - Not every good thing that you do will be recognized but taken advantage of. - Having to achieve daily goals with my team. - having less staff on a busy day & being expected to to do hourly floor rounds all departments, update the admin, check service, do 2 hourly stock counts. Theoretically you have 1 hour lunch time but practically I doesn't exist on top of that everything is expected to be on 100%. Favouritism by stores or should I say General managers by Area coach was the most demoralizing fact. They rather hire from outside than encourage promoting from within. I really don't understand that company.

company in a professional mannrer and i am able to work in the enviroment of change ,challenges and multiple deadlines.Without wishing to sound boastful I feel that I come to you with background that is unique and distinctive from other applicants. Excellent learning
We work short hours less days and different duties, as for cor workers we work as a team to give back a great success and communicate as well . As a person a shouldn't judge people and I should believe in everyone and learn to recognise as well. I enjoy when we are recognised for doing a great job as a whole team.my challenges being judged and not being recognised for doing something great or well .

An excellent manager
It very challenging to deal with different types of people but through training that I have it makes my day very easy. I work well with my team and we do quarrel due to a bad customer experience but we fixed the conflict at the end of the day, I have learned that customer is a very important guest so we have to treat them with respect, achieving great result in my work place is what I enjoy the most, to deal with bad attitude team members and difficult customers.

Great place to learn and grow
Working in a restaurant it's a great place to because it allows a person to grow ,both personally and in the business industry, it teaches how to handle people, how to better communicate with people and also be able to take yourself to the limits and give great results, improve on team, be able to stand to firm by yourself and independent

I have learned most importance patience and respect of others
My review I'm supervisor,I run the store,I supervisor my colleagues which I have a good communication with them making sure that they do their job according to company standard,I'm also entitled to do stock ordering and stock take,office admin,customer complain,report everything to my superior,ever since I worked for this company what I enjoy most is they let me be myself and the opportunies that the company have,I have learned how to work with different characters and how to appreciate them,
