Mondays we work harder ,we make sure all clients and visitors they get all help they needed and being satisfied.My co-worker they where there when I needed them ,we work as a team ,we encourage each other,we make our job easily,I learn a lot like to communicate with client ,being responsible,smilling when you assist clients and be friendly,understanding what you doing.I enjoy helping clients and being polite with them ,understanding each other ,and counseling clients about our service random.its when big deal came in an you have to be careful and focused , working under pressure .

Pros: I've got promotion 3 times. I've work there as a cleaner,i become receptionist,data capture and admin assistant
Cons: i work from 7h30 until 5h00

Taught me how to work via OTE

I have exhausted my learning grounds in the organisation and would like to move on to the next challenge, the company offers no basic salary which finds me in arrears during some months which is really straining.

Pros: Commission percentage is healthy
Cons: no basic salary
