Good working enviromeent

I was rsponsible for conducting training anfor the Peermentors and staff members .Part of my resposibilith was to also coordinated the training venue the accomodation gor the participants,refreesshment for the participants . I was also involved in the designing of training materials

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Lack of funding
