Yes you learn everything you don't know

it's a commition based company where they teach you how to do sales and marketing and you also have to hire others who are unemployed under you'and by that you grow in a company but still under commition payment,my relationship with my co-workers is very on point i'm a friendly person even a manager knows that i'm funny in the office,i enjoy being with them and being in the field/work place,the most challenging part is when the day is quite and there are no customers so you keep peaching consecutively till get atleast 4 to 5 customers.

Pros: prommotion is available for those who work hard
Cons: 11 hours of work
