I have completed my education with a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology at the Durban University of Technology in 2013 and I am willing to further my studies. I am currently working for M M Ntanzi Attorneys as a Receptionist and Legal Secretary since July 2016. I had also worked for Chiliza Dlamini Attorneys, I started there around July 2013 until June 2016, I started as a Receptionist and I was promoted as a Senior Legal Administrator after a year. I had also worked for Department of Social Development as a Personal Assistant, from January 2013 until June 2013. I’m a resourceful, hardworking and dedicated individual with outstanding administrative and organizational skills and the proven ability to develop and implement effective new system and procedure. Possesses excellent communication skill with advance knowledge of Ms. Office Packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc. and telephone etiquette skills, I’m quick to grasp new expertise.
Pros: Ensure that all necessary information is shared between clients and attorneys on various files.
Cons: No lunch time and working more and more hours
