Fast Paced full service Pork meat manufacturer and processor

Lynca Meats, a company not well known to the public at large and that operates below the radar in the Pork Manufacturing industry, is a full service pork meat manufacturer in that it has an Abattoir for slaughtering, a debone facility for deboning primals according to the ess food methodology, a processing facility for processed products and a cold storage facility for internal and 3PL use. The company has shown tremendous growth within the last year and some of it directly attributable to others demise (Enterprise) and through sheer luck. Currently, due to it having exploded within the last 2 years in size and turnover, it does seem directionless and overwhelmed and stuck in bad old (small company mentality) habits. Longevity, over skill and senior executive experience, is valued and admired and will be rewarded.

Pros: New learning experience
Cons: Opportunity for career growth

Good experience for FMCG

My work day consists of assembly of all the machines that was stripped for cleaning and then attending to any faults in the plant. From fault finding machanical or electrical and then repairing to adjusting the settings on the machines to product specifications. The seniors could be more hands on as they expect you to know how the machines work with no experience on them.

Pros: Good growing company, lots of overtime
Cons: No time for myself as im always working
