Personally grown a lot within the company..learned many new traits

Making sure staff have their tasks for the day Check all systems up and running in all departments Continually checking departments and all staff is doing what is expected Checking totals corresponding with production planning This is just a few of my daily tasks...monthly and yearly it is far more as seen on my CV I have a very good relationship with all co-workers from head office admin sales Directors Senior Management and also my staff. Mostly I enjoy working with people. Most challenging is making sure monthly targets are met according to planning for 2years ahead.
