A good work place that gives you the ability to develop your skills

10% computer work.30% would be R&D work in the lab. 60% would be manufacturing and quality control. People are very sensitive but my relationship with all is excellent. What I love most of the time is the ability to have fun and laughter at work. Visiting customers and handling complaints and solving problems is what I enjoy most of the time.

Pros: Gave me the ability to to do what I am currently doing. Relaxed work enviroment
Cons: Don't have the ability to expand my knowledge and grow any further.

AMBITIOUS EMPLOYEE

THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE FACTORY WAS SURROUNDED BY A CHEMICALS(AIR),WE HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WHEREBY WE COMMUNICATED WHICH MADE US TO WORK VERY EASILY EVEN THOUGH WE SPOKE DIFFERENT LANGUAGES,WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS THAT HOW TO MAKE PAINT FOR A CAR IN DIFFERENT TONES,WHAT I ENJOYED THE MOST WAS MY TIME WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE WE CHANGED THE COMPANY'S REPUTATION IN THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE BECAUSE THE COMPANY MADE A PROFIT THAT THEY DIDNT EXPECT WHICH SHOWED THAT EVERYONE WAS DETERMINED AND DEDICATED TO GIVE ALL THEY BEST TO PROVE WE HAD WHAT IT TAKES TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY

Strong ability to work under pressure

I have accumulate a lot of experience in the laboratory. I have 2 years in quality control and 3 years in research and development all in paint company. I have experience in testing finished products and also starting the formula of product from start. I am now in the research and development evaluating products. I am young willing to learn more in the industry.

EXCELENT AND CHALLENGING OPPERTUNITY TO IMPLEMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

POOR BENEFTIS, NO COMPANY PERKS AND PRESSURIZED ENVIRONMENT, NO SAFETY STANDARDS OR TRAINING AND VERY LITTLE GROWTH PROSPECTS, TO TRAIN AND WRITE UP JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES
